ALL DAY BISON STEW

 

 

1 lb. bison stew meat, cubed

2 medium onions, cut into chunks

1 can (15 oz.) whole undrained tomatoes

1tsp. Instant Bouillion

4 medium carrots, cut into chunks

2 stalks celery, cut into chunks

1/4 cup Tapioca (Important)

1 tsp. (heaping) instant coffee

 

Preheat oven to 250° F. Dump all ingredients into large oven proof pan and cover. Cook in preheated oven for seven hours. Stir a couple of times if you get the chance. A crockpot can also be used for cooking.

2-3 servings.
