Birds are stunned prior to processing in our
Controlled Atmosphere Stunning Box for more humane treatment.
For a safer product, each bird is sprayed inside and out with
an Organic Anti-Microbial Agent
to help prevent pathogen contamination.
CHICKEN
$4.75 per bird up to 7 lbs.
$5.25 per bird over 7 lbs.
TURKEY
$.70 per pound up to 30 lbs.
$1.00 per pound over 30 lbs.
(minimum of 10 pounds each)
DUCKS
$7.00 per bird
(Each bird is dipped into our hot wax tank to remove feathers)
GEESE
$8.00 per bird
(Each bird is dipped into our hot wax tank to remove feathers)
PHEASANT
$4.50 per bird
QUAIL
$4.00 per bird
RABBIT
$4.50 per head
